Try Out Judo Now

We have a range of classes depending on your age and experience level. We take on kids that are just starting out giving them an environment to grow and develop, as well as opportunities for adults or more experienced players to learn from some of the best coaches in the country

A session for the younger judoka that focuses on providing and developing the physical, cognitive, social & judo specific skills, qualities and behaviours to enjoy full participation in not only judo, but all sports, throughout life.

"First Steps"

(5-10 yrs)

This session is about progressing skills further, or for more mature beginners to give it a try. Providing you with opportunities and experiences that support the on-going development of the person. Our aim is to nurture a love for sport and physical activity, which we believe has benefits that last a lifetime. 

"Next Steps"

"Lifelong Journey"

(14+ yrs)

This session explores all aspects of judo, unpicking & developing the movement skills and physical elements that underpin all judo techniques. 

Monday: 

19:00 - 20:00​

By blending this with the learning of the Gokyo (the syllabus of judo techniques) we allow them the space to develop a deeper understanding of judo and to develop your own style of judo.

Thursday:

16.00 - 17.00

It's back! Following on from our hugely successful #JudoGirlsRock session pre-COVID, this session (just for the girls) is back on the timetable.

The latest return to the programme, this session is for those looking for that little bit more from their training. Whether it's personal progress or competition readiness this session is led by a coaching team with tons of experience that will support you all the way!
